Our American friends had a Cinco de Mayo party tonight that was a lot of fun. I scored this stylin' sombrero for winning the salsa cook-off and now Alex thinks he has a hat "like Woody's." Alex loves playing with friends. He gets so excited and a little out of control whenever other kids are around. We had the party at a park and he just kept running around yelling, "This is the best...day...EVER!!!" I realized later he must've learned that from "Tangled."
Unfortunately, Ella fell off the top of the playground (over 5 feet) and landed on her face. Luckily I wasn't there to see it or I would've hyperventilated for her. You can see the scratches on her face a little better in the bottom picture, but it really looks a lot worse than that. It was so sad! The summer bumps and bruises begin! She makes a pretty cute little senorita though!
(Yes, she's wearing winter jammies with snowflakes and it was 83 degrees when I put her to bed. Time for some more summer PJs!)

Your kids are awesome. Do they always hold hands?
salsa cook off champion? I'm impressed!
I love looking at pictures of your kids, but it makes me sad I can't see them in person!
Poor thing probably couldn't sleep she was sweating so profusely! Love her cheezer face! And speaking of Tangled, Myles always wants to run barefoot to feel the grass between his toes.
